What happens next
On a real school's account, the conversation you are having right now would already be on the admissions dashboard: the transcript, what you asked about, and how interested you looked. If you gave a name and an email, it would be an enquiry with a notification on its way to the office.
That is the part schools underestimate. The chat is the visible half; the enquiry landing in front of a human is the half that fills places.
